    Not hiring the right people is a big one. As is trying to do everything ‘in-house’ where you don’t have the expertise. This is especially the case when it comes to research that informs your business direction. Where unprofessional ‘researchers’ often only apply one approach to their projects (because this is the only one that they know), a research specialist designs a methodology that best suits the issue at hand.
